1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using Ironline Landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services

Ironline Landscaping provides lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing and maintenance
  • Sod installation
  • Mulching and garden bed maintenance
  • Fertilization programs
  • Seasonal cleanup services
  • Landscape design and installation

3. Service Agreements

Individual service agreements will be provided for each project and must be signed before work begins. These agreements will outline specific services, pricing, timelines, and any additional terms specific to your project.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms include:

  • Free estimates are provided for all services
  • Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Our scheduling policies include:

  • Services are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as agreed
  • Weather may affect scheduled service dates; we will reschedule as soon as possible
  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees
  • Seasonal contracts may have specific cancellation terms

6. Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant Ironline Landscaping permission to access your property for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days. We are not responsible for damage caused by pets or for pets that escape due to unlocked gates.

7. Liability and Warranty

Our liability terms include:

  • We carry comprehensive general liability insurance
  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not properly marked
  • Sod installation includes a 30-day establishment warranty with proper care
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions or pest damage
  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services provided

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property and contact information
  • Marking or informing us of underground utilities, sprinkler heads, and obstacles
  • Clearing the work area of personal items, toys, and debris
  • Watering new sod as directed in aftercare instructions
  • Timely payment for services rendered

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional charge.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ironline Landscaping and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
